Cameron joined SBC Insurance in 2016 as he couldn’t pass up the opportunity to combine his love for sports with insurance. He has been leading the SBC Insurance team since 2019 and holds a CIP designation (Chartered Insurance Professional). He is dedicated to helping the sport sector across Canada and promises exceptional customer service.
At age 3, Cameron started his sports journey by playing soccer. He continued until the age of 8, when his dad decided to register Cameron for ice hockey. Cameron was given the opportunity to play both sports for one season until the schedules became too difficult to manage. He was given a choice to pursue just one sport. Cameron chose hockey and still plays in an organized adult recreational league to this day. He is also a very big Vancouver Canucks fan.
After graduating from Simon Fraser University in 2011 with a Criminology degree, Cameron fell into insurance in 2012 with an award-winning home and auto insurance company. Cameron was named employee of the month twice during his two-year tenure for his exemplary customer service. In 2014, he used these valuable skills to join one of the largest insurance brokerages in B.C., managing the home insurance department.
